REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Applicable to: All products in all product categories currently being sold on the Definitionshirt.com
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Goods are intact: Returned products must be new, unused, still have product tags, not dirty, not washed, or used for other purposes.
Request period: Customers can request a return/exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Valid cases for return/exchange:
- The product is not the same as the description on the website.
- The product has a technical defect from the manufacturer.
- Wrong product delivered.
- The quantity or size is not as ordered.
- Goods damaged/ broken/ torn/ dented during transportation
Note: we do not accept returns/ exchanges in cases where the product is not defective but the buyer changes his/her mind about the purchase.
3. RETURN/ EXCHANGE PROCESS
Step 1: Customers contact customer service via email at [email protected] or send information via the form on the Contact Us page to provide complete order information and return/ exchange requests.
Step 2: Definitionshirt will receive and process the request. This process will take 1 to 2 days to verify.
Step 3: If the customer’s case is valid, the customer service department will guide the customer on how to return/ exchange/ receive a refund for the order.
4. RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND METHOD
Return: Customers will be instructed to return the package to the warehouse address: 1222 Oakfield Dr. SE, Atlanta, GA 30316 USA
Refund: Customers will be refunded to the bank account that the customer used to pay for the order. The time to receive the refund will be within about 5 business days.
Exchange: Customers can choose to exchange for another product of equivalent value or pay extra if they decide to exchange for another product of higher value.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of Definitionshirt. Customers will not incur any fees if the return/exchange is valid.
6. EXCEPTIONS
Used products: No refunds or exchanges.
Products that are not defective but the customer no longer needs: No refunds or exchanges.
